What is this screen

The Judges screen (/jurados) registers the people responsible for evaluating participants at events. It's a support registry for the judging stage.

How to create a judge

  1. Go to Registrations → Judges and click New judge.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name* — judge's name (required).
    • Email — contact (optional, but useful for communication).
    • CPF — judge's CPF (optional, with mask 000.000.000-00 and check digit validation).
    • Biography — professional presentation of the judge (optional).
    • Profile photo — optional. Upload an image, drag to adjust framing, and use zoom controls before applying.
    • Active — check to make the judge available for judging.
  3. Save.

Editing and deletion

  • Open the judge to edit data or status.
  • Inactive judges don't appear in judging selections.
  • When editing, use Delete (in red) and confirm before removing the record.

Judge profile

Clicking the judge's name in the listing opens the profile (read-only) with photo, biography, and formatted CPF. The profile is restricted to organizers and administrators — it's not a public page.

Tip

Keep the email updated so notices and access credentials (when applicable) reach the right judge. The CPF, when provided, is validated by the check digit and displayed in 000.000.000-00 format.

Change the status right from the listing

In the Cards view, each judge's status appears as a dropdown when you have permission to edit. The options are: Active or Inactive. Just click the current status and pick the new one. The change saves instantly with a confirmation toast. If you don't see the dropdown, your role doesn't have permission to change that judge's status.
